Reesa offers over a decade of experience specializing in Contract Execution of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Products. She began her career at CHAND as a Staff Logistician and has worked her way up to becoming the ILS Manager in 2019. She is responsible for all ILS Planning and Logistics Technical Products for both Government and Commercial Marine Contracts. Her areas of expertise include Logistics/Product Support Analysis (LSA/PSA); Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RM&A) Analysis; Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) development; Configuration Management; Level of Repair Analysis (LORA); Life Cycle Cost Analysis; System Safety Analysis; Provisioning; and Technical Manual development. Reesa holds both RCM Level I and Level II Certifications. In addition to Reesa’s responsibilities and expertise, she served a vital role as an architect during the construction of CHAND’s internal ILS database, MATRI-X℠, which proves to be a solution for today’s integration of Design and ILS products, outfitting, and warranty with vessel configuration management in order to support lifecycle operations and maintenance demands.
