Mel offers over 17 years of leadership and management in Supply Chain Operations. Prior to joining the CHAND Team, she served as a Logistics Coordinator for offshore support and subsea services for a worldwide provider. As CHAND’s Supply Support Manager, she oversees all Supply Support and Warehouse operations including Material Control and Distribution. She is responsible for overseeing activities related to marine repair parts, tools, and outfit material, including procurement, inventory, staging, packaging, shipping, loading, and delivering products to clients worldwide. Her focus has always been to improve productivity and efficiency, reducing costs, and providing high-quality materials to our customers on time and on budget. Through her leadership, her team has successfully delivered numerous vessels completely outfitted and supported with the materials needed in order to meet their mission.
