CHAND developed logistics products for the NOAA FRV program built by VT Halter Marine. CHAND provided inputs to/developed the following logistics products: Maintenance Plan, Spare Parts List (Additional, Required, and Consolidated), General Familiarization, and OEM Crew Training (material development and course conduct), Technical Publications (Engineers Operation Manual (EOM), and COTS Manuals).
