Cindie joined the CHAND Team in 1991 as the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager. In 2003, she became the Vice-President and General Manager. Through her leadership, she has grown the company to serving various military programs with a seasoned team of 100+ employees. Cindie has a depth of knowledge in all areas of Acquisition to Lifecycle Sustainment for Military and Commercial Vessels.
Her background includes over 3 decades of experience in Integrated Logistics Support, Training, Maintenance and Repair, Supply Chain Management, Life Cycle Support, and Aftermarket Military Sales. As the Vice-President and General Manager, she has guided the company’s growth and expansion to CHAND being the leading Integrated Logistics Support Company in the Maritime Industry. Working from an entry-level position as a Staff Logistician to becoming a leader of CHAND, her focus has always been on her team and building a dynamic culture that better serves our customers, keeping to CHAND’s motto – Service is Our Passion!
