Debbie has over 3 decades of experience in Office Management and Employee Relations.  As CHAND’s Administrative Manager, she is responsible for managing the employee life-cycle needs and performs vital tasks supporting employee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and administering employee benefits.  A graduate with an Associate’s Degree from Nicholls State University, Debbie joined the CHAND Team in 2003.  Her areas of expertise include Human Resource (HR) compliance and best practices, HR infrastructure, and policy and procedure development, compensation planning, and benefits administration.  Debbie’s focus has always been to provide our employees with both short and long-term human resources consulting support, including training and mentoring in human resource processes.
