Awarded a long-term contract in support of various Watertight Doors for the United States Coast Guard’s Fast Response Cutter (FRC) Program

CHAND, LLC has been awarded a long-term contract in support of various Watertight Doors for the United States Coast Guard’s Fast Response Cutter (FRC) Program.
On June 10, 2021, CHAND, LLC received a Modification to its existing contract which includes Watertight Doors for the Fast Response Cutter Program. The current contract is a five-year Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) in support of the Watertight Doors and Hatches for the USCG 110’ Cutters. These Island Class Cutters were also built by Bollinger Shipyards between 1985-1992. All doors will be fabricated at the Bollinger Shipyard Lockport Facility. We are excited to be a part of this incredible program and we look forward to doing our part to support the maintenance efforts in keeping these vessels mission ready for our Service Men and Women.”
